 CYS Services: Parent Central Services
 
Once you review all your options,
 registration for all youth programs can be accomplished in one easy step.
 
PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING WITH YOU TO REGISTRATION:
  • Current Immunization Record for your children
  • Two emergency release designees in local area
  • LES and pay stubs showing your current level of total family income
  • Child Health Assessment/Sports Physical (30 days to return to our Office)
  • Parents of Special Needs children will supply medical documentation for registration in CYSS. Allergies and asthma are considered special needs.
Note: There is no registration fee thanks to the Army Family Covenant.

If you register online, please call 337-531-1955 to make an appointment to complete the registration process. Also, please print out checklist and bring the items listed to Building 400 completed.

Common CYS Services Acronyms 

NAEYC - Nation Association for Young Children - Army Child Development Centers are required to achieve this accreditation.

For more than 80 years, the National Association for the Education of Young Children has worked to raise the quality of programs for all children from birth through age eight. A major part of NAEYC's efforts to improve early childhood education is through accreditation for programs that are committed to meeting national standards of quality.

COA-- Council On Accreditation -  Required for After School Programs.

The Council on Accreditation (COA) partners with human service organizations worldwide to improve service delivery outcomes by developing, applying, and promoting accreditation standards.
