Fort Polk offers a variety of Gyms for Families and Soldiers.  Cantrell and Fitness (when remodeling is complete) are available to Sildiers and Families, while 1st MEB, OPS Group, and 162nd gyms are open to Soldiers only.  See the map below for contact information on each gym.
